The Collaborative, Inc. (tCi), first established in 1974, has a specialty in historic preservation, providing a comprehensive range of services for private and public historic building owners. Our key services—building evaluation and assessment, materials condition analysis, and preservation planning—have been provided to clients in 40 U.S. states and territories. Federal government agencies that have utilized the wide range of historic preservation services tCi offers have included the National Park Service, the General Services Administration, the USDA Forest Service, the Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Treasury, Veteran’s Administration, Federal Highway Administration, and the Bureau of Reclamation.
