| Kansas State Historical Society Kansas State Capitol Topeka, Kansas |
| The Capitol has the distinction of being one of the 17 historic sites
interpreted by the Kansas State Historical Society as well as serving its primary
role as the seat of government. Beginning in 1999, tCi has collaborated on an Historic Structure Report as primary authors, and a Master Plan as supporting planners. Currently, we are completing technical preservation design for this $165,000,000 nine year project which includes plans for accommodating the expected three-fold increase in visitation: new exhibits, interpretive panels and new museum and visitor's center. tCi has also developed the interpretive plan and exhibits themes. |
