| Historic preservation services have been the key focus of
the Collaborative since it was formed in 1974. The firm has provided
a wide range of design services for rehabilitaion of historic buildings,
including more than 200 structures listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Community support is a vital aspect of historic preservation. The Collaborative has served as a catalyst by presenting the role that preservation can play in revitalizing the older structures and neighborhoods within the community. Over 25 years experience in the planning and design of projects subject to the Secretary of the Interiors Standards has made us recognised force in Historic Preservation. Our projects include work for federal government agencies, including the Department of the Interior, National Park Service; State Historic Preservation officers reviews of projects in 40 states and U.S. territories; reviews of federally funded and Tax Act projects. |
